Please add you name and what the payment is for in the 'Comments' box. If the comments box does not appear on the form, you can send us a message detailing your payment.

Note: In order for us to have a field where you would be allowed to enter any dollar amount, we had to use the Donation template that PayPal offers. When the payment form comes up it will indicate a Donation. We could not change that label. It's simply a payment.
